The very best peanut sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil (toasted or dark)

2 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp sambal oelek or chili paste

2–3 tbsp sugar, honey, or agave

1cm fresh ginger, peeled

1 clove of fresh garlic, peeled

1/4 cup of water

Instructions:

Blend all the sauce ingredients together in a small blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
